Mallorca food? Yes! Boring tradition? No. Joan Marc reaches for the star(s) with his restaurant on an unassuming corner on a non-descript part of Mallorca's "leather capital" Inca. The cool, elegant interior concentrates the guest on what should be most important in a restaurant: the food. And outstanding it is. The friendly staff is well informed, explains the dishes which... We have followed Joan Marc from Son Brull to now having his own restaruant in Inca, one of the most imaginative chefs using local products to produce fantastic food (4 course menu) at a realistic price. Joan Marc is genial host with very attentive staff and a lovely informal classy atmosphere in the centre of Inca. A must for foodies.

Extremely warm welcome by staff even though we had arrived early for the first dinner seating 8pm. Food was absolutely delicious ! My husband and I choose 4 course set menu, all dishes were thoughtful and creative. We also loved the interior style and that it only seats 40 people. great value. Made a very memorable evening and a definite... More

My family and I visited the restaurant on a tuesday evening. Friendly welcome, nice table, great and tasteful interieur. We read very good reviews and top ratings in Mallorca Magazins, on Tripadvisor, etc about this place and were looking forward receiving a great dinner and an outstanding service. We decided for a three course menu, my daughter asked for a... More

Dear customer, we appreciate your visit and your comment, it will definitely help us to improve some aspects to which it refers. For our part, we tell that we are not a vegetarian restaurant, but we adapt our menu without trouble who can claim that option. Neither our offer includes fireworks, we simply focus on local and organic products without... More

The food was very enjoyable and we felt the prices fair for the quality of the cuisine. We went for lunch on a very quiet day which gave the place a somewhat hollow atmosphere. The one thing that stopped me reviewing this as excellent were the chairs. Why would you put such uncomfortable pieces of plastic furniture in such a... More

We came here due to a recommendation from our Hotel Owner. The restaurant appears "brand new" from the design and interior, is in "modern style", not very large ( 40 persons max ) and we found this place on a sunday night less crowded. The overall appearance and service is very good, menu in Spanish, English and german, "special dishes"... More

Joan Marc (the name of the chef) is a great restaurant located in the town of Inca, in Mallorca. It is located a bit far from the centre, but it is very recommendable to come here. We come to lunch and you can choose three different degustation menus of 3 (31 euros), 4 (42 euros) or 6 dishes (50 euros).... More

We went over the Christmas holidays and the restaurant was quiet. Service was very attentive and the food was refined and tasty. We keep on going back here and have never been disappointed.

Description
JOAN MARC RESTAURANT wants to be a restaurant current and sincere, informal but serious, modern but cozy, with a predominance of local produce and a strong projection to the ecological environment. The idea is to provide maximum comfort and feel of the client, whom he intends to establish an attentive and trustworthy, is in the dining room of his house with this intention, it is proposed to raise the construction of an open kitchen and visible from the dining area, which contribute substantially to increase this familiaridad. The business idea is to run a restaurant with carte service but half portions (the goal is that people eat a snack and a minimum of 4 courses). The dishes on the menu are characterized by their simplicity and the quest for a culinary identity of its own. In short, it can be argued that MARC JOAN RESTAURANT want to convey the flavor of tradition in every spoonful, the taste for the environment in each sip and in general, a very strong sense of Mallorcan.
