A group of 9 visited after a recommendation and we were not disappointed. The food was really good, service excellent and the atmosphere was relaxed. Would certainly recommend this restaurant.

In Puerto de Las Nieves. You visit this restaurant as part f the visit to the "Dedo de DIos", geological structure with the shape of a finger or column, now chopped off during a storm. We had lunch, and the food was good. They specialize in seafood. We ordered fish soup, a local fish soup, which I found delicious!. The... More

Had worse meals - can't quite remember when though. Alarm bells started ringing when the anaemic looking calamari arrived with equally pasty looking chips. I don't want chips! If I wanted chips I'd go to Margate. The Canary potatoes were bland with an awful sauce - totally at odds with the delicacy we had this time last year in Lanzarote.... More

This was our least expensive meal in the week we were in town, right on the beach, but it was vast and only had a few clients, was in need of a spring clean, and staff slow given the few people eating. If you want a simple cheap meal overlooking the beach it's fine, but there is better food and... More

The food is just poor. We had several different small dishes but only the sausages were any good. The main dishes of meat and fried squid came with chips. Chips were soggy and the squid chewy. It was also difficult to order and we did not get what we asked for. There are plenty of other better places on the... More

Perhaps we didn't see the whole thing but the port was touristy and compared to the other geological formations on the island this one just didn't live up.

Food is ok, fresh grilled fish and good coffee. However very bad point for the wine glasses (I checked the other tables too): dirty glasses, not the ones that are just a bit dirty because you didn't dry them after the dishwasher; I am talking about glasses used before by other clients with still the fingerprints on it and some... We went three times in a fortnight. Lunch was the best experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Take your Spanish phrasebook, it does help. The fish was fresh and really well cooked, portions are substantial!. Lots of interesting local dishes. Good local wines as well. The Menu del Dia is terrific value; 8 euros for three courses. At... Spent a dinner in this restaurant. It is signs from the streets pointing directions to this restaurant, so it must be of a certain quality, we thought. Sorry to say, we were wrong. The staff seemed very occupied with other things to do, and seldom came by our table to check how we were doing. Poor english and not eager... More

I came across some negative reviews and what they usually have in common is that some people expect a rocky volcanic island in the middle of the atlantic ocean to have outstanding beef!!! Really??? There are no pastures on these islands. They breed some sheep and goats, that's it. On the other hand they have a wealth of seafood. You... More
