The service was really bad. All of the waitresses ignored us even though we asked them to come and only after 30 min the table after previous customers was cleaned.
We ordered soups and to our disappointment it was cold and not good at all....More

Great food and staff. The best capucchino on the island. This place is tribute the worlds greatest interior designer "Mother Nature". This is another must visit on Lanzarote. Highly recommend you but the 6 visit ticket package the sites offer.
Limited menu, take it or leave it….
The overall experience left myself feeling a little flat. The food is well presented, but you have to take it or leave it as the menu is a set one.

The restaurant is located in the lava tunnel / cave of Jameos del Agua. The food was good and the service was excellent. The lunch in this restaurant was the best part of visiting Jameos del Agua. The price quality to price relation is good...More

We were there in March and it was very busy , we booked but it took us for ever to get served we had to complain eventually. We were staying at Playa Blanca so to for to go without a reservation. If your staying nearby it would be ok l guess.
Wonderful experience , make sure you head to where the band is as soon as you have eaten to get good seats . They serve coffee or alcohol I think you have to get it yourself. It is not a good area for wheelchairs or someone who finds it difficult to walk as it's rather dark and lots of steps.
Hope you enjoy it we did.
