My GF and I visited Nou Manolin because of the good reviews and we were not disappointed. We got a table in the resturant in the 2. floor and had many tapas dishes, all tasted very good accompanied by som nice local red wine. Good...More

Found Nou Manolin thanks to Trip Advisor, drove into Alicante with good parking karma, and found a place in side street. Nou Manolin has a fantastic ground floor tapas bar with lots of fun going on - but we went up to the chique and...More

We dined at Nou Manolin twice during our trip. The first time was a business dinner upstairs in the restaurant. The food was very good, well presented and service was prompt. Atmosphere is lovely but sort of cold and stuffy. Two evenings later my husband...More

Don't understand the good reviews. We like to go to more expensive restaurants once in awhile expecting the quality of food to be high. Firstly, they did not have 3 things we wanted to order - grilled shrimp, mussels and baked rice. We did order...More

Luckily I have Spanish friend otherwise I might have never eat there - what a mistake that would be! Nice tapas bar on the ground floor and elegant restaurant on the first floor. We had fried small fishes and "calamarcitos de Dénia encebollados" for starters-...More

Diners are served around the bar/kitchen and you can see many of the dishes being prepared. Plenty of variety and every morsel was bursting with flavour. Well worth a visit. Booking advised.

Yes, you can eat at the bar. You can sit there and ask for the food you want. Indeed they have special dishes at the bar (rate 5 stars) and you won't find them at the restaurant (rate 4 stars) I recommend soldaditos de mar,...More
