We've just left Sento. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The food was gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

This was our first dinner location in Alicante and it was very enjoyable. The staff were all really friendly, especially considering we were with out baby daughter. The food was varied, rich and delicious for not very much money. This place is definitely small, but that just adds to its charms.

This restaurant has a cool factor about it and the vibe of the restaurant is nice. Service was good, food was selected buy the waiter which is alright I guess. The place ain't got no tables, I like to sit down when I eat. The food was nicely presented but a bit messy to eat while standing. The vegi option... More

This place is just one of my favourite places to eat Spanish food in Alicante. I mean what's not to like? Great food, great service.

Extremely small, but very cozy place with friendly and laid back people behind the bar. The food was made of very high quality ingredients and well prepared. Kind of unusual combinations like ham, egg with blue cheese and foie gras, but somehow it worked pretty well. Great wine as well. Highly recommendable.

I've been to several tapas places over the years and always found them to be very reasonable. We stumbled across Sento and thought it looked good. We weren't really hungry but ordered 2 very small individual meatballs and 2 of the "lolly pop pork" and were charged €1.90 for each item . I thought €7.60 for a mouthful of food... More

Sento is much more than a restaurant. The place was recommended by a collague from Denmark, but actually we didn't eat here the first night. But we walked past and was captured by the atmosphere of the place. We decided to stop for a few drink. I ordered a beer and my wife ordered a Bailey. The waiter replied "two... More

It was difficult to order because they had funny names for their gourmet versions of traditional tapas. Instead of asking the chef to describe exactly what each tapa was, I just told him I would eat anything and would rely on his recommendation. That was a wise decision. First up was an arugula salad topped with a quail egg, jamon,... More

The place is tiny and prepares incredible modern tapas for a very decent price, good selection of wine as well. Be prepared to wait, but it's definitely worth it.

An emblematic Spanish tapas bar in the very heart of the city centre, just off the 'Rambla'. A small and cosy interior with a rich, energetic atmosphere, friendly service and excellent food, specialising in 'montaditos' (mini filled bread rolls)and a variety of tapas. Her 'big sister', Cervecería Sento Barrio, is just 500 yards up the road, in the Barrio district of the city, and offers outsdoor and indoor seating, with the same quality of service and food.
