The restaurant interior had a pleasant rustic vibe, as did the two servers. The food was good but not remarkable. Except for the homemade foie gras, which was one of the best I have ever had. And that is saying something, because I love foie gras and it's my go to dish if on the menu.

The place is located in the old part of this small and charming village. The inside is typical with room arches, and nice table arrangement. The service is amicable and nice. The menu can be read easily. Go for the specials. The food is excellent with a high level of presentation.

We have been visiting this wonderful restaurant for six years now. The service and quality are impeccable. First rate Catalonian cuisine. We had, as a side, vegetables with romesco sauce, the sauce was so delicious they should sell it by the tub. The beautiful surroundings the terrace with a view of the mountains, the wonderful paintings....I could go on. Peralada... More

This place is q must for all who cherish good food in one of the best ratios quality/cost I have seen in a long time. You need to try the carilleras with risotto if you like meat, and accompany this with Montsant! I had the fish soup before and the vegetables with an unique salsa romensco. The owners are very... We were the first ones here that evening and we thought maybe we would be the only ones, but it did completely fill up so make reservations. The decor is a bit dated, but the food was delicious. Service was very friendly. Driving around the town is very trying even in a tiny car. Find parking on the outskirts and... More

Dining is about the right quality combination of food, beverage, service and overall ambiance.....and all is right at this hidden gem in the heart of Peralada. We ordered home made Foie Gras, Rabbit with Prunes, and Grilled Suckling Pig and finished it off with another home made Creme Caramel.....all of it perfectly prepared! For wine we selected a beautiful Hermanos... More

I've been delighting in the Cal Sagrista restaurant for over twelve years. Always great cuisine and service in authentic Catalan style. We go there as often as possible, but always for our wedding anniversary and birthday parties. The wine list is varied and correctly priced for consumption. The restaurant is located in the heart of the medieval quarter. Not easy... More

Recommended by our hotel in Pau. A pleasant drive and short walk into this charming walled town. An odd location but worth finding and served by we assume the owners. Short but nice menu fairly priced and good local wines. worth a visit.

This tucked away restaurant is a hidden gem, in the hidden gem that is La Perlada! A family run restaurant, the food is, in our experience, excellent; we have eaten there quite a few times and from the free tapas of bread, ham and anchovies to the lovely desserts it has been a great experience. Menus are provided in English,... More
