Cercedilla is a nice small pueblo in Sierra de Guadarrama, very visited for skying. In a visit to friends living there we were taken to this very good restaurant. Very good food and nice service.

A crowded bar is always a sign for good quality. The restaurant was fully booked (another good sign) so we sat down in the bar. Paella as a tapa was nearly enough for a lunch, but the foie with eggs and porcini looked promising too.
Good food from a cattle raiser's family in their old butchery, expect great meat. A bit disappointed by the "matanza" I expected more variety of products not just a chorizo and a cut of pork. Anyway overall good flavour
