Unmissable!!!

If you're in the area, this is an absolute must!!! The food is exquisite and the service and atmosphere is a trip highlight. We went with a little baby and she loved it! My entree was a taste of meat from Tuscany that was served on a Tuscany shaped plate. The next course was served in a snail... read more

13 adults and 8 children ate on the terrace of this restaurant and they couldn't have been friendlier. The terrace is beautiful, the menu was very reasonable and delicious with lots of local specialities. The staff were SO friendly - explaining everything in English, making recommendations and being brilliant at taking the kids orders and getting them food quickly. A... More

The view from the terrace is really nice, but service here was disappointing and the food was average. The restaurant was very full when we where there, so maybe it's better there if it's not that busy.

I stayed in this restaurant about 10 years ago and had great memories of the hotel and went back with my family to have the last lunch in Tuscany before returning to London. It was a great place to celebrate the end of our trip as the restaurant was just so amazing in terms of food, service and the view.... More

Having stayed at the Quattro Gigli hotel for a week we then dined at the terrace restaurant. The service was attentive and efficient, the courses are well spaced out and you certainly won't be rushed. The dining experience is very laid back so If you are looking for fast courses, one after the other, this is not the style of... More

We frequently are visiting the region and always wanted to eat at this restaurant. This time (July 2015) we finally made it and had a reservation for three (Parents and boy). We had a table at the terrace. The view was nice but service and food wasn´t corresponding. The kitchen is too far away from the terrace so the waiters... More

I've been to "I Quattro Gigli" twice — once on a belt-busting 8-course meal and more recently on a quick stop where my girlfriend and I only took an appetizer each, but both visits have been similarly satisfying, thanks to the first-rate service and the exceptional food. I would definitely recommend anyone passing nearby to take a detour and visit... More

hotel/restaurant Quattro Gigli - is not to be missed in Montopoli. The scenic romantic sundown over Val d'Arno is spectacular while on terrace of hotel made from multi-level palazzo on the cliff. The menu - especially assortments of antipasti and multi-color pasta and steaks great. Please remember-this is slow food (!) :) Not to be missed. Coming back every year... More

We are pretty sure that it is impossible to get any better pasta than here! I think it is made for Angels, not mortals!! Lovely view over valley and historic atmosphere. Lovely place, must to try! Parking place just nearby, opposite side of the road.

Terrific restaurant that was conveniently located less than 20 minutes from the house we were renting. The place seems massive because there are so many rooms, each with a unique décor. As we were being escorted to our table, we seemed to walk forever through these beautifully appointed rooms. Food was terrific, outstanding service. A real treat!
