Each and every time we received wonderfull service and generous portions. A bonus is the live show. Have been treated to Dowwe Dolla and Marc Lottering on previous visits. Very nice and warm atmosphere. Super friendly and competent waiters

Die Boer has been around for a long time, and still it excites. This intimate theater-cum-restaurant in the heart of Durbanville should not be missed. Apart from the varied shows and artists who perform here, it also serves as an ideal time and place to catch with some old friends who you have not seen for a while. After dinner,... More

The show (Dave Ferguson on harmonica) was outstanding and the setting perfectly suited to show his amazing skills. The service was helpful and friendly. The food was good but not outstanding. We had chicken pie (rated 3) and a pot - curry lamb (rated 3). and the wine was fine. Overall it was a pleasant experience and we will go... More

This theatre restaurant has got a good variety of dishes on the menu. The shows varies from serious plays to comical skits . There is frequently music performances and very popular. Catering for mainly Afrikaans audiences they also cater for English music lovers. They are often fully booked

Honestly I would like to say I had my reservations at first before going there. I would like to say it drastically changed. As I'm a diabetic and doctor suggested a banting diet, I have to check whatever i eat i go out. As I cannot eat any carbs i wanted to avoid eating anything. I would like to say... More

I booked to see a very special Guitar Show on 18 May 2016. We paid R420 for the 3 tickets. No problem with that. The show was great and as one of the performers was a family member I thoroughly enjoyed it. Die Boer prides itself in the live shows it presents, with the proviso that you order food and... More

It is a lovely, happy family or friends get-together intimate atmosphere place. Go for a most enjoyable evening and great food. (food is sometimes a little cold but that is just a sign of them being VERY busy)
