Our room was large, and it had a fireplace, however the room was a bit worn. The thatched roof is charming, but there was an odd smell from that type of roof. However, the... More

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was so welcoming and friendly and the facility was spectacular! It was one of the best places we stayed on our tour as we had the feeling of being royalty!

We loved Hunters. Old fashioned polite and professional service. Our room was a thatched beaned cottage. It was stunningly beautiful. We watched baboons cross the lawn in the morning. The pool was lovely, the Stars were bright . It was quiet and restful. The welcome tray of wine and cheeses was a nice touch. The communal rooms were so homely.... More

Beautiful location and a dream place to stay. We stayed in a lodge with our own private garden and pool. The quality of the establishment is first class. The staff and food were brilliant. There are two other restaurants on the complex. We tried one of them (not the tree house one) and the food ( and wine) were excellent.... More

This gorgeous chalet style country house hotel was out base for 2 days during a group tour of S.A. - however it isn't cheap, we were lucky in that Ilios used this hotel on a regular basis for groups and so had group rates. But, for us lucky travellers, we were in clover! Beautiful rooms, set in fantastic gardens, that... More
