We were recommended this restaurant by Rob Budden of Meze Maison and were delighted by his choice. We had made a booking and about 30 minutes after we were seated the restaurant was full. My wife who was a vegetarian did not have a choice but they made her a plate of vegetables (essentially the same veggies served with the... More

This was definitely the best meal we had in Meze and excellent value for money. Fillets of red mullet were beautifully cooked and in a tasty sauce. Pleasant staff too.

We enjoyed a very quick meal here. The service was very prompt indeed and the staff were very welcoming. We had squid and duck and both were fine; in our experience the presentation is not the best in the area but the food was tasty and sufficient. It is slightly away from the buzz of the harbour side but it... More

We stopped off in Meze en route between Montpellier and Carcassonne and were pleasantly surprised by this little restaurant overlooking the oyester beds. Our fish was very well cooked and accompanied by fresh salad. Friendly service and a good price.

Great fresh seafood we used it twice in a six day stay and it delivered first class food and service both times. Not too expensive either

You'll need some French to muddle through and you might be worried you are not getting what you pointed at on the menu... but rest assured you will! Great fresh oysters and a mountain of muscles... pair it with a Rose and enjoy the sunshine and seaside air.

We happened upon this little restaurant was we were driving to the port in the lovely little town of Meze, across from Sete. We sat outside (it was 36 degrees) and chose the set menu for lunch (16 Euros). We had oysters gratinee, a saffron based cuttlefish main and a large dish of sorbet for desert. Excellent value, good food,... More

We both enjoyed a wonderful evening at this 'edge of Meze' restaurant. It is situated close to the Etang de Thau, with a good view. We were welcomed by a delightfully smiley young waitress who was very helpful during the entire evening. The menu was varied and the portions were not too large, which I always find off putting. Both... More
