The service was really bad, but food was ok. I did not feel very welcome their. Too much going on, staff unfriendlly.

Service horrible? Why you not complained in the restaurant immediately? Why you did not ask for the manager, if you are not satisfied? I do not understand that. More

Went here for a work function. They accommodated us and checked on us often so the service is great. I just was impressed with their food. Schnitzel was dry and of not much quality. Would be willing to try again though. Otherwise great atmosphere for drinks at least.

I joined several friends for dinner here and really enjoyed the environment and staff. The burgers are just as big as everyone talks about but none of us were up to the task. I enjoyed the turkey snitzel dinner; it was seasoned well and cooked perfectly and juicy.

We have eaten here over the past three years. Since it was under new management, the first time was great. Then we ate here again, my wife found the meat not fully cooked and then a hair in the sauce. Not coming back.

Why you not complain directly in the restaurant. We would make you a new meal. I hope you not fail in your life. You are 100%. Also nobody can say where comes the hair from. More

The food is excellent. My colleagues and I are there several times in the week we were working in Landstuhl. The staff treat you like you are coming to their house for dinner. The Snitzel is enormous. Come hungry and leave happy.

Our friends took us to "Big Emma's" while TDY there to Ramstein! The place is amazing, food way, way too much (meaning left overs for a day at least!) and wonderful atmosphere! LOVED the place!!!!!!!

Really like this place. The staff was friendly and attentive and the food was great! We had seven in our party and everyone enjoyed their meal. Most everyone had schnitzel but one colleague had cordon blue which she said was incredible! Of course it was all washed down with a large mug of cold Hefeweizen. Mmmm. I would recommend this... Tried the jaeger schnitzel here during my quest for the best schnitzel. It was a real disappointment as the schnitzel was tough, over cooked, and over priced. The gravy was very thick-too thick and though it was to have had bacon, I did not taste it. The salad bar was good, having lots of choices, but at a price of... More

Why did not you not asked if you can have a thinner gravy, also we can make more bacon in the gravy - if you like it. Just ask !!! This is no problem, because all the sauces are freshly prepared. I can not understand this. The picture from the Flammkuchen, you made, from the other restaurant, is a frozen... More

An 11" burger? Ridic, and not particularly tasty - but kind of man v food-esque. Definitely not a 'good' burger (burnt thin meat, massive amounts of thick, spare bread).

Why you not telling our staff, that you not like the burger ? It is no problem if you like for example more meat or to making a other meal. I can not understand this. More

We went here based on a few recommendations and it was decent. The service was great but the food missed the mark. The eager schnitzel was extremely salty which ceased me from being able to eat the portion. Do note that the portions are ridiculously large. The beers we good and they offer small large and gigantic. All in all... More
