Excellent service. The restaurant was 90% full and many tables occupied 3 times or more during our stay. Still the front of the house gave their everything running and still being highly attentative. Very fast service. The kitchen is doing a fantastic job, making the...interplay of staff top notch. Food was good and fairly priced. Will visit again.More

Love this place! If you wish to eat very well prepared fish grill around Costa Rey, this place is a must visit. They offer also a number of pasta- based courses with fish. Their meat barbecue is also amazing. The porcheddu (local specialty- small pig)...is spectacular: croccante and delicious! You need to book in advance as the place is always full evenings. Also kids friendly.More

We visited twice in 2 days. Excellent fresh seafood and superb service. A great choice of seafood and land based protein. If you’re in the area you must give it a try!

The "maialino" was tasty, juicy and tender and melted in the mouth; great emotion! We tested other meets but were not as good as the "maialino". We went again for the same dish the next evening and the impression was confirmed. Tasty and well done...also the typical Sardinian deserts with ricotta cheese and honey. The terrace is too hot since is covered by a kind of dome that makes the place also noisy. The lights need some adjustments, too bright. I would go again for pork, forget about the rest of the menu.....More

We ate here twice. Very pleasant service, excellent BBQ chef working within view as well as regular chefs in the kitchen. Particularly enjoyed the fish, pork ribs and absolutely delicious platter of sliced, totally-prepared fruit - at least 6 types. After the first meal there,...we asked on the second occasion for the food to be brought to us hot instead of lukewarm - which it was. The plates are not heated and the BBQ chef takes the cooked food to the kitchen to be garnished. We watched and saw some plates sit there for 5 minutes, getting cool. However, we only had to make the request and the waiter saw to it that we did get hot food. Fair prices and a good value meal including house red which was fine.More

Found this on trip advisor so decided to try it. It's nice sitting in the marque/building but also having the warm air coming through so feel a like your sitting out in the open. Staff very attentive and were happy to answer questions on food...etc. The waiter came round to show us the fresh fish of the day. We had mussels to share big mussels and lots of them I had to let my bf finish them off. We ordered meat grills...what can I say you sure don't go hungry! It comes on it's own so we ordered potatoes and salad both were lovely especially the potatoes.the meal was lovely and lots of it wasn't keen on sheep but that's an individual taste would liked abit of sauce but that is no reflection on the restaurant just a British lady who likes sauce with some meat:) the Italian sausage was lush I made sure to eat it all. Overall start to finish was good service and friendly,Lovely food and good atmosphere and the outdoor grill was a added quality:) If I had a big appetite would of liked to have tried more. Worth a visit :)More

We had sea food pasta, which had very little sea food in it. This restaurant was fine but given the reviews we had high expectations which were not met. The service was friendly and the ice cream was nice. There are better restaurants in the...area.More

We go to Araxi e Mari every time we come to Costa Rei. The place is a few minutes by car outside the village. You would be sitting outdoor, just after the fireplace where the grill hosts meat and fresh fish of the day (we...recommend the latter). We went two days ago, and had fish in fact. We ordered antipasti misti mare, 7 different plates which alone would deserve the visit. Amazing taste and quantity. After that, some went for pasta with seafood, some for grilled fish. A great dinner. Fairly pricedMore

I went with my family including three young children and had a great evening. The food is good, the service is good and they even took care to make my son a gluten free meal. The food is authentic and it is nice place to...have a meal with children.More

Lovely authentic restaurant just off the beaten track. Phone ahead or call in to reserve your pork as you can't just turn up. Loved the huge sea food starter. My 9-year old really enjoyed his spaghetti. The service is not fast, but that adds to...the relaxed nature of this place. One of our most favourite meals of the whole holiday.More
