Had lunch here on a Sunday. Limited menu but all 4 of us had a great lunch at a reasonable rate. Service friendly and good Location is great and we saw humpback whales close to shore

The good was nice and reasonably priced. Usually on the island serves are large but not in this restaurant. It was small even by Australian standards. It tasted quite nice.but trying the local famous dish comparing it others didn't taste as good, was small service and MUCH more expensive Service was painfully slow. We had a large group (30+) but... I went to this place recently with a friend and was left with a bad flavour in my mouth, literally. In the menu, there was a chef suggestion which included a rib eye steak with so e fancy wording next to it trying to make it more enticing. Expecting the menu to be an accurate verbal representation of the dish,... More

After receiving great reviews about this restaurant we made a booking for our party of 8. The location was amazing, we had a great table right on the beach. The problems started when 1 of the starters did not arrive. The rest of the table had finished eating their meals before the last one arrived about 10 minutes later. We made... More

Unfortunately the lovely fish that I ordered was overpowered by the pawpaw salsa but otherwise the meal was delicious. And large but I was able to share a dessert - 2 spoons 3 brulees Supposedly lime, chocolate and vanilla - definitely got the lime and vanilla but the 3rd one was so much like the vanilla that I would have... We ate at Vaima on our first night in Rarotonga. They offered a pickup and delivery service which was a real bonus. The evening was fine and we were lucky to have an outdoor table. The setting is great. Our meal was most enjoyable. My husband was a bit disappointed there was no local ale as we had a voucher... More

We loved this place and visited several times during our week on Raro. Food was excellent, service attentive and we enjoyed the local entertainers. The nicest thing about this place is the chilled out vibe and friendly lady manager. No wonder they've been in business so long. Look forward to a return visit I f we sre lucky enough to... More

Another place we came once with friends and once with the young kids. Both times the meals were delicious and the service mostly friendly with one staff member being a bit unfriendly in demeanour. We found the food and drinks generally on the slow side but without being in a hurry, and getting something to the kids in a reasonable... More

We came across this place when walking along the beach, though it had been recommended. A nice outlook and a good vibe. We ordered drinks and our meal. Unfortunately the drinks were overlooked and our starter arrived first. Our drinks finally arrived just ahead of our main meal. The food was good and nicely presented. The service let the place... Our large group dined here one night and were pleased with the food and service. I tried the Ika Mata, raw fish marinated in coconut cream, which was truly delicious. The service was a little hit and miss but with a large groups it is no unusual for an order to get delayed and the food appeared quickly once we... More
