Nice place near the beach, good food, but much average. We had dinner, and it was much average, and not top ten. You will not regret your visit, but I do not think you will rember it for long eighter.

Tasty food, great service, great view. They have some special Greek dishes that we didn't find anywhere else. Prices are affordable.

Alerted by reviews here, we strolled past a lot of competition to spend a couple of beach days by Palirria. They have a few sunbeds and parasols on what is a relatively narrow section of sand, so it feels rather more exclusive than the larger places west and east. You get a good view of the brave souls shelling out... More

Perfect location, food and service excellent . Staff are really attentive and friendly. Wonderful Kleftiko lamb and Beef Stifado. Great place to see the sunset. Thoroughly deserving of the high rating on Trip Advisor and should go higher.

Starters were courgette fritrers and stuffed mushrooms. Mains pork chop and mixed souvlaki. House white wine and mineral water. All the food was superb. Nicely presented and tasty. The house white was good value at 8 € per litre. We had lovely greek guy serving us at first then a delightful lady called luzia who ran after me because i... More

I had a very good experience with this restaurant. We tried the fish plate for two and everything was great. I would have liked a lemon souce with olive oil with it, but we managed without. Only down side was that the waitress didn't know the wine type(dry, sweet) so we ordered a beer. Second time we tried the gyros,... More

We visited a couple of times during our stay in Chania, and this was by far the best restaurant we ate at for both food and service. Each dish was home cooked with fresh ingredients, and the staff remembered us on our return which was a real touch. Would highly recommend - we'll hopefully make it back for a sunset... More

We have eaten at a few places in agia marina now. All with very good reviews. I have to say this place is definitely one of the best and quite a few leagues above others rated similarly. I can only assume other reviews are so high due to the fantastic service you get everywhere. If you're after great food aswell,... More
