The restaurant is hard to miss as it is located along the road between Stoumont and Trois Ponts. Parking is easy and they have a playground for the kids. When we arrived it was fully booked inside, but there were still quite a few spaces outside. The service was timely and they could accommodate quite a few languages. We food... More

The place to be on a Saturday night, which to be honest is not very hard in this thinly populated area. The two times I was here the place was always full with a mix of tourists and locals giving a very good atmosphere. Service is good and friendly and the food is good, but traditional. If your in the... More

Stopped off for beers mid hike on two occasions. Great beer selection served with complimentary nibbles. Can recommend La Gleize and St Feuillan Triple. A nice cosy place for hikers to site with a nice restaurant area within the pub.

We stopped here for lunch after visiting the December '44 Museum. Food was delicious and filling - I had the tomato soup for a starter and I could have just had that! The dishes are not massive, but rather perfectly portioned, delicious and not super expensive. They have a great Belgium beer list too, including a ginger beer made in... More

The evening started well enough. We were sat outside in the sun, the atmosphere was nice and we ordered wine. We both then ordered the steak and asked for them to be cooked medium. The food took a good half an hour or so to arrive, during which we asked for a jug of tap water. On mentioning 'tap water',... More

We arrived quite late for Sunday lunch but were greeted warmly and seated immediately. We both had the set menu of three courses. The pate' was the best I ever remember having, I could have made a meal of it. We both had the meatball special and we both left much of the second one. We were stuffed with the... More

We had some lunch there, and decided to go back for dinner on the way back to the hotel, since we were so well served at noon. The wine was very good as well, all that for a reasonable price. Very friendly owners/staff. It was warm enough to sit outside at noon, cozy terrace! For sure going again when/if I... More

This restaurant is a great place to be. The food is very good, the ambience is very cosy and the staff is very friendly. The owner also has the "Aux ecuries de la Reine:" hotel on the other side of the street, in which we had an enjoyable stay. It's a perfect base for trips into the Ardennes. Recommended.
