Restaurant just off the castle square. Food was bland at best....the tuna steak was inedible. Staff were willing but seemed untrained, wine was dumped on our table without offering to taste.

Order focaccia amd 2 filleto di manzo funghi. Focaccia was good but that is not a fillet, probably the worst piece of meat I ever tasted!!!

Pleasant small seaside town part of the province of Catania, we stopped by on our way to the airport. Attractive castle and this restaurant was across the main square, not exactly an enticing façade but have outside tables. Two young guys serving who could hardly be bothered, waited far too long to get drinks and even longer for our food... More

Very nice location with the castle just opposite. we ate outside and it was great even if it was a bit noisy but didn't mind. The food was very good and we did not wait for long. Good portions, I had a fish platter which I enjoyed. On the table we had pizzas, meat and pasta and all were nice.... More

I usually save my reviews for restaurants that made a lasting impression on me or provided a memorable experience... this restaurant did both but for the wrong reasons! Having been seated and ordered a simple brushetta starter one pasta dish and one salad we were happy to sit back and enjoy the buzz around us etc. 30mins later we had... More

We didn't want to walk far and spotted this place from the top of the castle. It was close to the square and quite noisy, but that was fun. Service was great until the end when they seemed to completely ignore us for ages. Apart from that, I would thoroughly recommend. Pizzas and pasta were good - and the local... More

Stopped in here by chance for some lunch, a pizza of course for the 3 kids we were traveling with. We were immediately attended to, they spoke English, were very nice and patient with our broken Italian, were very accommodating for the children and service was wonderful. It looks small but it's actually bigger than meets the eye, very clean... More

This is a great little place just off the castle plaza in Aci Castello. The pasta dishes were melt-in-your-mouth good. So good, that we went back again. Some of our group got pizza and said it was great, but after trying the pasta, we saved our pizza time for elsewhere. What can I say? It was soooo fresh and soooo... More

This restaurant is right in the middle of town, steps away from the Norman castle. The food is great, both the pizzas as well as the other dishes. Some very creative dishes with a local flavor.
