We had a Sunday lunch here on our trip to majorca, everything about it was perfect, the staff were fantastic, they had a great wine selection, we sat outside and had one of the best meals of our trip- the mixed paella, couldn't recommend it...highly enough, it was absolutely gorgeous! The service was a little slow but don't let that put you off it's totally worth the waitMore

We went to this restaurant as a group of 5 after the recommendation of a local resident and we were very excited. Our reservation was at 9:30 at which time 3 of our friends arrived, but my boyfriend and I arrived 20 minutes late given...some car issues. We had let our friend know so they could have a drink while there... to our surprise they still had no drinks when we arrived (first sign I guess) and they told us they had simply been given the menu and waiting for all this time. (The restaurant was not full at all) So our waiter finally arrives and has a pretty aggressive attitude. First saying he won’t speak English as our friend should learn if he is visiting Spain (note that this is just post COVID and we are trying to encourage economy by visiting a country we love) and also refusing to answer questions on the menu as we need to order drinks first “because of the law”. (Complete invention as we asked afterwards another restaurant) So we order 2 waters, 2 bottles of wine, 1 beer and 1 Fino glass. (Yes, finally after 30 minutes) The man come back with only the water and again picks up a little sign saying it’s because of the law. (He really is like a dog with a bone at this point and ultra aggressive) He then gets mad as we don’t know what we want (normal as he refused to answer questions previously and we have just been waiting) He point out that we must finish by 12 and the restaurant fully closed because of a new emergency law coming into effect the next day (again, completely fake information) Since he is so aggressive and we are not getting anywhere, we ask for another waiter. He then gets ultra mad and says we should be careful as he is the owner. (We learned he was not from the other waiter, he was just the owners brother) He then came back again and started again his aggressive approach, we decided to leave immediately and find another place to eat. I really feel this was the worst experience of my life and never have seen anything like this. I cannot speak to the food, but if this attitude is an acceptable standard for the floor... I cannot imagine.More

Nice place, seems genuine. The service was very good and fast. Due to the Corona situation not very much people. Had the lamb shoulder and it was very good! Well cooked food and I will definitely visit this restaurant again.

This is a great restaurant which serves beautifully cooked Mallorcan food accompanied by local wine. Be aware that portions are very generous and that you will need to book in advance, especially in the tourist season. Service and ambience are excellent.

We were with friends in La Parra to show them an authentic Mallorcan restaurant were you can eat as I remembered it from the 1970 - real Mallorcan style food! From the „Frito Mallorquin“ to „Paletilla de Cordero“ and a homemade “Flan“ the kitchen of...La Parra is really true Mallorcan! The food is excellent, the portions are quite big and the prices are very reasonable and all comes with a friendly and very nice service in a surrounding that is like eating in an old wine cellar of the island! Fantastic place!More

Whilst I appreciate that the restaurant was full and there were only 2 waiters working, I could easily see other tables being served whilst I was waiting for a refill of my glass of wine or the dish I had finished with to be taken...away, I will not be returning to this place again.More
