Lots of locals eating here which is always a good sign. Plenty of variety to suit all tastes on the Menu with generous portions.

A wonderful old restaurant full of antiques. Frequented by local people. Friendly, welcoming waiters, good food and wine at very reasonable prices. Well worth a visit.

Went to locate the restaurant having read the excellent reviews, asked if they had a table and we were able to use one that was booked for guests later that evening. Decided to try the paella as we only ever have that at another restaurant in the town. It was very good, the meat melted in your mouth but we... More

Another very popular restaurant which needs advance booking and for good reason. As the heading says this is the genuine article with wonderful food in a delightfully atmospheric room. There are some outside tables but would suggest you sit in to get the full experience. The staff are supremely efficient and knowledgeable - ask their advice on food and wine... More

Recommended to eat here by a local. Typical Mallorcan food. Are the suckling pig. Not much meat but well presented and good value. Facility was brilliant as it looked like a wine cellar

We booked this a week before we arrived in Pollenca because it had been fully booked last year and we couldn't get a table. The service was attentive and humorous. The food was expensive but tasty and portions were generous. The suckling pig was especially good. The only downside, if you can call it such, is the array of old... More

We enjoyed this restaurant which has excellent traditional food at very reasonable prices. We can recommend the liver, kidney and aubergine main courses. The house red wine is not to be missed. The atmosphere is informal and the experience entertaining. We ate here twice during a week's holiday.

Don't like leaving bad reviews, but we had a very poor meal here. The fish special was VERY expensive and was simple some under done chips, some over-cooked carrots, two pieces of broccoli, a piece of tuna, and absolutely no sauce at all. All for the bargain price of €20. We just couldn't believe it and my complaints fell on... More

Took advice seen on-line and booked 2 days in advance. Highly recommend you do the same as within an hour of our arrival the place was full and there was a queue at the door. And this was mid-October.. Parking was easy. Close-by on the street. Staff were very friendly and gave a warm welcome. Service was good. Waiter took... More

Description
This Mallorcan restaurant is located in an old basement that was previously used for winemaking.
