This restaurant cannot be recommended enough. It starts at the entrance where one receives a shot of Tsiperou or Mastica with a smile. We were seated outside overlooking the pool and the view of Athens at our feet. The atmosphere is warm, romantic and the...waiters were exceptionally friendly. The menu is very vegetarian friendly and we can rave and recommend the grilled mushrooms and the hand made&served at the table Eggplant salade. All was beautiful and in a very friendly manner … until we got our dessert served… The Dark Chocolate Mousse with Mastica was AMAZING! We are real Foodies and ‘know’ our desserts but this chocolate mousse knock us from our feet and brought us to heaven. We couldn’t stop complementing it… we can predict that íf you try it, you will be returning if only for the amazing chocolate mouse! ( don’t get me wrong, the whole evening was wonderful and very tasty… but.. the .. chocolate mousse.. WOW!!!)More

My husband had found this restaurant in a hidden gems article and boy was it a hidden gem!!! My mother and stepfather had joined us on a 10 day adventure to explore the Greek Islands! First stop Athens! It was my stepfathers 62nd Bday. We...had wanted to create a special night for him as he had been battling cancer for the past 3 years. Boy did Jimmy make it special. The staff was unbelievable and extremely attentive - the food was the best we had all week! Jimmy even gave us gift bags with local jellies, honey, and mastika to take home with us! This was a great way to kick off our sailing adventure! When we recapped the trip my husband asked my stepfather what was the best part of the trip and he said the restaurant from our first night! Sadly my stepfather passed unexpectedly a week after we got home - but we wanted to Thank the Staff and Jimmy for making this a night we will remember for forever. Tim's last bday celebration was more than we could have ever asked for. Thanks again for giving us this beautiful memory!!!More

Really lovely restaurant with such a beautiful entrance and then great terrace overlooking Athens. Food very tasty and good local cuisine, definitely recommend having the taster menu. We will definitely be back!

We went to Elias Gi today. We were a party of 8 and we had family over from Egypt. I must say the food and service is excellent. The 24 flavor choice is great. Upon arrival you are greeted with a choice of local alcohols to warm you for your meal. My boyfriend and I each had a different kind, but both were delicious. Mine was the not-sweet one, and was quite strong. Perfect start. We were sat at...a window table with a BEAUTIFUL dinner view for sunset. The view was breathtaking the entire meal. The food was all fabulous, but my favorites were tied between the cheesecake dessert (heavenly) or the veal cheeks with puréed eggplant (divine). My only critique is that there is a green salad served that is tasty, but feels out of place in the menu. Otherwise, absolutely delicious. Our waiter, Yannis, was so hospitable and kind. You couldn’t ask for better service. Request him if you want to feel at home during your meal. LOVED our experience. If you are in Athens, please have dinner here. You won’t regret it. Amazing traditional Greek restaurant in the hills of Kifisia. The service was incredible as was the food. We arrived just in time to watch the sunset over Athens which was absolutely beautiful. Yannis served us and couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and polite, helping...me learn more of the Greek language and making some fantastic food recommendations. I have visited Eleas G during two of my visits to Athens. If you are looking for absolutely outstanding food, amazing service, fabulous ambiance - then this is the place for you! It's in the Kifissia area, so you may need to take a taxi...to get there, but it is well worth it! Nothing I have eaten there has been less than outstanding and the service is really impeccable, warm and accomodating. Our server - Yannis - is extra fab!More

In July of 2018 It was a long way from the centre; and I was very curious about the restaurant which one of my friends highly recommended. When we got there and saw the amazing sunset and the nice garden decorated fully with different kind...of flowers, plants, I realized that we were at the right restaurant and it was worth to see. Everything we ate was at the best taste, The service was excellent. What amazed and impressed me most was the owner of the restaurant giving us a small paper bag inside was a small bottle of ouzo and a small jar of jam. It was very kind of him. I highly recommend it and you will never regret.More
