The most friendly, efficient and lovely staff in Tobago. The food was top notch...baked chicken was just melt in your mouth. The pineapple mousse was to die for!!! All around an awesome experience!

I have eaten there a couple times and the food is always top notch. The owner and he staff are friendly and funny. Don't be in a hurry but it's worth the wait.

My friends and I had breakfast at Kariwak for the first time a few days ago. I was awed by the ambiance and friendliness of the waitresses. The restaurant is clean, well-designed and decorated. Our breakfast was delicious and they served gluten-free bread which for me was great. We could not believe how reasonable the price for breakfast for 6... More

Simple, clean and full of Tobago love! Meals at the Kariwak Hotel Restaurant are wholesome and healthy. Must haves are the organic spiced chai, cocoa and homemade yogurt!

The dish was beautifully plated, all fresh food and cooked with care. Incredibly tasty! I believe that they use a lot of organic home-grown produce and spices from their own garden. The local cocoa though OMG. It was so good!!! It comes in this cute carafe and is absolutely bursting with flavour. I've had the rooibos tea here as well... More

Kariwak Village remains one of the few traditional restaurants that can still compete in the modern era. Had a light dinner of grilled shrimp salad that was very tasty, I listened to the low, yet attention grabbing songs of music from the speaker system. I completed dinner with some locally made coconut ice cream and that was the icing on... More

We arrived without advance booking. We were immediately welcomed and given a good table. Staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. There is only one menu on offer with the only choice being meat or fish. The food was delicious and I will be back there as soon as I can. So, peeps, please stay away so I can have... More

Food here is very tasty. Minimum frills, more on the rustic, eco friendly side and worth a try. Most of the herbs are grown right on the compound.
