We visited Toshiro's Bar in the Prince Hotel. It was a lovely little bar and the atmosphere was great. The menu was quite large with whisky flights, sake, cocktails, a great variety. You have a view of one of the green runs on the side of Hirafu, so it's a bit of entertainment as you drink. The waitress wore a traditional kimono and was lovely and attentive. Drinks came out a good pace. We tried the salmon jerky, i quite liked it, but my husband did not. Pricing wise, it was typical pricing, with the options to try limited edition whiskies at a higher price. Dangerous place to visit if you like drinks!

Fabulous bar! Our favourite whilst on holiday in Niseko. The staff are delightful, cocktail and whiskey selection is great and the atmosphere will keep you there for hours. Highly recommend.

Nice drink list with a special first page with recommendations.
If you have a request for a drink not on the list, he will prepare it for you, outstanding! Reasonable prices for the drinks.

Quaint little bar located above Niseko Pizza. Hidden away behind sliding doors, you enter into a whisky wonderland. Welcomed in by the Kimono clad hostess, our group of three was shown to a comfy corner surrounded by beautiful hand painted nightshades created by the owner using empty whiskey bottles.
Every seat has a view of the bar where you can watch Toshiro created the magical elixirs on offer.
My personal favourite was the Yuzuzakura cocktail; a mix of Sakura and Yuzu liqueur. Would definitely recommend this bar to anyone looking for a nightcap after dinner or a pre-dinner treat.
Open from 5pm to 1am, there's something for everyone on the menu.

We all loved toshiros, I think it may be a husband and wife team. The cocktails are fabulous and the customer service is great.
A must for anyone in Niseko looking for a nice after dinner cocktail.

Toshiro's is the name , this place is operated only by 2 person and you will have the best cocktails made fo you, i feel the Ref bar has a better ambience but Toshiro's makes the best drinks between the two Bar's

There are 2 Toshiro bars in Niseko , we went to both .
Our favourite is the smaller bar above Niseko Pizza 🍕 and Micks wine bar .
Toshiro owners are very passionate about there bar and it shows .
The Lady of the house wears her traditional Japanese clothing a gorgeous touch .The master behind the bar in his vest and bow tie certainly knows how to shake a cocktail 🍸 he puts his whole heart into it .
Jazz music playing in the back round , Fabulous cocktails and making new friends makes for a fabulous night .
I would add a few more simple finger foods so people can stay for longer .

Fabulous little find above Niseko Pizza. This cocktail and whiskey bar is so lovely. Service is attentive, drinks are very tasty. And the jazz music is perfect. We’re definitely coming back soon

This bar in the center of Hirafu is a nice place to go for cocktails or after dinner drinks with friends. It is a quiet place where one can have a decent conversation. It has great cocktails and a excellent service.

Huge selection of Japanese and imported whisky. Toshiro is very knowledgeable about his collection of whisky. Very nice setting and "on the rocks" is served with a proper ice ball.

The best espresso martini we ever had and the two hosts (also owners we believe) were fantastic and showed us true Japanese hospitality.
highly recommend this bar for your 1st stop early in the night for Apres Ski

They have a lof of whiskeys that we’ve never seen. Owner and lady with Kimono are very friendly and good service. Not many foreigners but it means local Japanese bar. The best way to enjoy is to sit on the counter and have some unique whiskey on the rock....

Exceptional drinks. Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and accommodating staff that are the best I came across in Niseko. For some relaxed drinks after a day on the mountain you can’t go wrong. If you’re going to Niseko you must add this to your to-do lists.

A haven of quietness and refinement in Niseko. Cocktails are perfectly mixed, the range is astonishing and service (in Kimono) very efficient and friendly. Prices match anywhere else in town, so why not go to Toshiro's instead !?

We stopped here for a drink one night, we are not into Whiskey but that didn't matter, they have a large drink list. The service is amazing and the making of the drinks is a real art form. It has a beautiful feel to it and I would highly recommending stopping here to experience it.
