As the restaurants nearer the Abbey were closed we wandered towards the Tarn and were pleased to find this place. It served a purpose but we won't return. The menu du jour of 3 courses (each with a choice of two dishes) was around 25 Euros. Starters were bland and unimaginative. The other two courses were adequate. The light and... More

We went, with friends, on the recommendation of other friends to this well situated riverside restaurant. The terrace was excellent on a sunny day, if a little noisy from the nearby street activity. For the price, the lunchtime formule seemed a little basic and most of the vegetables listed seemed to consist of purée spread around the plates. One of... More

We chose this higher end restaurant for our wedding anniversary dinner recently and were pleasantly surprised to find the restaurant full on the Saturday night we dined, the piano player added to the overall ambience and the service was prompt, discreet and pleasant - no complaints. The restaurant seems to be trying to lift standards across the board and for... More

So we ended up at this Restaurant on the Tarn. Good views & quite quiet but excellent & well presented food, if a bit pricey. They made exception, so are dog friendly. Service is attentive but not overbearing I had Dos hake tortoiseshell zucchini coulis piquillo Wife had Roast guinea fowl fillet, condiment herbs under the skin

Today we enjoyed a Menu de Paques (Easter Menu). Champagne cocktail and small canapé followed by four delicious courses. Wine and coffee extra. Staff were welcoming and attentive. A lovely experience for a special occasion.

This restaurant stands alone as far as it's location and interior design goes. Situated with a beautiful view of the Tarn River this restaurant is a must for tourists. The food is very good but pricey so take a look at the menu before going in. Reservations for table views of the Tarn are recommended. Only downside is that the... More
