Can't get enough

I visited here at the weekend with my partner again. Glad we booked, it was busy! We were sat night next to the cosy real fire. We had specials for starters and mains, the duck was delicious and minted lamb pie, also very very good! Washed down with a superb red wine, 'Ribshack', never heard of it... read more

Great lunch with my daughter! I love this pub, always friendly and the bar staff are great. Was served by Vicky who was great and again very friendly. I've been here on evenings with my wife and the real ales are great!

I live just down the road from here but I had never eaten here. The place is lovely. Really oldy worldy which I love. The lady who served us could not do enough for us. The food was fantastic. I had the bacon chop, which I didn't know existed and it was delicious! My dad had the medallion of beef... More

As I directly respond to anyone that has a less than average experience from us, to ascertain why and what can be improved. I did indeed offer you a meal... More

Our meals arrived within minutes. Our waiter was very polite and very accomadating. Couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy. Every one was... More

Regularly enjoy meals here with family and have never once had any issues! Food is always lovely and staff are brilliant and very accommodating! Would definitely recommend as the prices are very reasonable for the excellent service and overall experience that you receive.

Last Monday we had an enjoyable birthday meal for eight of my family and thinking it would be quiet, a party of 16 came in., that speaks for itself on a Monday night. The service we got was excellent... More

Visited here on Christmas Day for drinks with the family. The service was excellent and the atmosphere really warm and friendly. The pub had been decorated tastefully and now looks great. Can't wait to return and taste the food !
