Just relax and feel the warm hospitality of this family owned restaurant. Chilien cuisine is simple and with less refined variation in comparison to most South American countries. Chile was discovered by the conquistadors' soldiers and no noble gent from Spain in that time. However, don't let the simplicity fool you! Your taste buds will dance along with great wines... More

I really wanted to like it, but unfortunately it didn't live up to the hype. It is honest, good food, unfortunately also with a failure, but certainly not fine dining - neither in technique nor in presentation. As starters we had gratinated scallops (nice, though I personally find them baked in cheese a bit uninspired and very 70s), and some... More

We had a lovely lunch here enjoying a three course meal. The pisco sours are really great here, so try one. The entrees were very small but mains was very filling. Save room for dessert, which is the highlight. The service was fantastic and afterwards, the owner took us into the vegetable and herb garden which is used to supply... More

We literally stumbled upon this local place. We saw No tourists in a packed lunch hour crowd. The waitress spoke good English and was so friendly. We could tell the owner was helping out which makes u realize the passion is there in a place like this. Pork ribs- a bit dry, Beef- lovely, quinoa - superb. Overall a wonderful... More

We were recommended this place by a guide at a local winery and it was perfect. Each course was really tasty and they catered for special dietary requirements. The service was brilliant, very attentive and helpful.

We took a group of foreign clients here and had high expectations, as everyone raves about this place in the Casablanca valley. The waiter really sold us on the pisco sours which turned out to be lackluster and not nearly cold enough. The appetizers also left much to be desired. The main courses were fabulous but getting coffee and paying... More

We were lucky enough to have booked a lunch here on our way from Santiago to a winery in the valley nearby. What a charming place with open windows, outdoor seating, views of farmland, and beautiful flowers everywhere. I loved the simple, wooden indoors too. We first enjoyed the small, round rolls that are typical of Chile and that’s when... More

Four of us came here at the recommendation of our guide, who deemed it the best restaurant in the Casablanca Valley. At his suggestion, we launched upon the full tasting menu. Six courses and several bottles of fine wine, and four hours, later, we departed literally in the glow of our finest Chilean eating experience. Salmon ceviche, roasted pork, freshest... More

Description
Although it's several month ago we ate twice in this restaurant I am sure it's still worth visiting.
The food was excellent and so were the wines.
The staff was very friendly and ambitious.
We visited Macerado during the week so it was not very crowdy.
Against that we had some nice conversations, in english.
In the weekends it can be very crowed.
They are not the cheapest restaurant in Casablanca, but in our opinion highly recommended!
