After a long climb to the temple summit, this was a pleasant respite.
My only issue was the lack of an English menu, pictures helped make my choice. I accidentally ordered an alcohol free beer, oh well!
Ended up here after climbing Risshaku-ji Temple, ordered cold soba and tempura, filling and yummy.
I'd skip the dessert as the mochi wasn't pounded smooth but was rather more glutinous rice granules with some toppings, first time my friends didn't finish a dessert!

We went there after climbing up Yamadera. The portions re massive and both the cold and the warm soba are very tasty. We had the Tempura soba and the Tempura for the cold soba came on the side.
