Simply 5* Food and Service, well presented restaurant with friendly, accommodating staff. Matt deserves a mention for his polite and professional manner. Generally all very pleased with our experience. Thank you :-D

After really looking forward to a visit to the recently renovated restaurant. I was sadly disappointed. To be fair it was a very busy Saturday night but I felt the service was a shambles. We ordered drinks that were pricey then waited to have order taken. When we were eventually served our meal which we'd opted for the most expensive... More

We ate here for the first time on a Thursday night. The restaurant had a lovely ambience, and it was very busy. I believe it has recently been renovated - it looks great, quirky and fresh, and the toilets are absolutely spotless. Staff were all attentive and very friendly. Our food was very good - fillet steak cooked rare (perfectly... More

We booked for the restaurant for a Sat night at 7.30pm, when we got there the restaurant was busy but not packed. The staff were really friend and very attentive and the food was magnificent, excellent in fact, probably the nicest place we have eaten. As the night went on the restaurant got busier and we can see why, but... More

We used to love the old Chez Nous so had to go back and see the changes, unfortunately that are all for the worst. Whilst the decor is an improvement, given the money they have claimed to have spent, I felt it was cheesy. But that is just a matter of taste. If you ignore the 1 post 5* reviews... More

The menu here is on a par with that of the Lime Tree in West Didsbury. Food was fantastic, really impressive & the staff were wonderful, very warm, friendly & attentive. Will definitely be returning & recommending to friends - this place is just what Sale needs. Loving the wall paper in the toilets! This place looks amazing but has... More

Having visited the Old Chez Nous for many years , we decided to try the new "Chez Nous" to see if there were any changes. The outside the decor has definitely changed, they have outdoor seating and umbrellas. I think the thought is spot on, however being directly next to a busy takeaway isn't the most relaxing of envrionments.I think... More

My wife and I decided to give Chez Neus a try since being renovated Very impressed with the new look of the restaurant The early Bird menu was slightly limited but couldn't complain about the food we received.. The only downside is the price of the beer £5 for a pint of San Miguel which in my opinion is way... More

We had a family party of 6 and tried here for the first time. The staff were really welcoming and friendly and the food was really good. The scallops with the cauliflower purée were a definite hit with 5 of us and the 1 who had the pate was in heaven. The steaks, chicken and cod were enjoyed by all... More

It is perhaps inevitable, and also unfair, that a devotee of the old Chez Nous should compare the 2 experiences. Certainly, a pleasant welcome and efficient waitress service were in evidence. Money has been spent on the renovation, although not to my taste. I have read on TripAdvisor that some were glad to see the back of the old green... More
