you can achieve better cost performance by reducing the volume of fries to Japanese patrons, as they do not eat as much (i say so as i observed so much thrown away at the return shelf) ;)

This is a hamburger restaurant located inside a ski resort. It was very delicious, so I recommend it. It opens at 11:30 in the morning, and if there is a line before opening, they may open earlier. When we went, the minimum price was 1,850 yen for a cheeseburger. The hamburger is very large and delicious, and comes with fries as a side dish, but these also come in large quantities, so I think you can be satisfied with just one dish. It is very popular, so if you go on the weekend, you will need to go before opening time and line up.

Great burger place in a ski resort. While the other normal food courts are full of people, this place was cozy and relaxing. My 8yr old son was very happy with their cheese burger with lots of french fries.

For a restaurant on a ski field it wasn't huge, meaning it took about 20 minutes to find a seat which isn't comfortable in Ski boots. It could be forgiven had the food been amazing but for at about ¥ 2500 (with other nearby restaurants at ¥ 1200) it wasn't quite there. At least for me the wedges (they weren't chips) were a bit too seasoned, and the burger was okay but I wouldn't rave about it.
Honestly, the biggest issue was the predicted 1 hour wait time, an hour off the ski hill waiting for food.
The most annoying part, the toilets were freezing and there was no way to dry your hands, paper towel or air dryer.

We were concerned to note no hand sanitiser or paper towels in bathrooms, or at the customers sink in the restaurant. In the worldwide concern regarding coronavirus we have noted every restaurant , hotel, even public transport we have been in over the last two weeks in Japan has had ample supplies for both staff and customer. I mentioned to young lady staff taking orders in the kitchen and she quickly provided soap.
I also noted huge bags of garbage piled up next to kitchen which I thought rather unusual.

A 45 min wait for a burger and chips on the slopes is not really on.
Needed more staff and better attitudes to guests.
Hate to be critical but it wasn’t a great experience.

If you like to wait 30 minutes for a seat and then 90 minutes for a cold burger that is overpriced then this is your venue. Pretty crap for sure. There are better options close by

They sure know how to do cold beer! The burgers are really satisfying, as they should be because it is really all they serve. The fries are incredible...you cannot go wrong for a lunch on the mountain.
