If you come overhere, simply DONT MISS IT. One of the best new Japanese Patissiers welcomes here in a café his aficionados customers. There may be some waiting que in rush hours but defintely dont hesitate in investing your time to taste Violet cake, incredible peaches or more classic chocolate pieces. A must try? FRAMBROISE/PISTACHE CHEESE MOUSSE. Heaven.

This shop is totally a surprise. only read about it in a local travel magazine during lunch time in Noto Kongo. We arrived by 4pm so most of the favorites like opera were sold out. There are times when you're travelling that you just need some comfort food. Le Musee de H has two outlets on the Noto Peninsula (on the western side of Honshu) where the talents of a French-trained Japanese patissier should be seen to be believed. Wide variety of desserts and drinks to choose from. Floor to ceiling glass windows for a view of the sea. Come early during lunch or early afternoon for the best picks of dessert.
