La Prua is definitely not the only one, but if you don't have a menu in another language than Italian, please be so kind to advise your guests what's on it. We speak several languages, however Italian is not one of them. No waiter was able to provide us with information on the dishes. So out of the blue we... More

Pleasantly surprised! A modernly designed restaurant serving traditional honest food. Service was excellent and food was nothing short of great. The swordfish ravioli are a must, (and so is the cannolo in a cup).

La Prua serves delicious food, well-prepared, innovative and yet tradition-based. The interior, service concept and the staff tone are modern and edficient, but for my taste it lacks a touch of selfconfidence that allows customer empathy. The hous appetizer is great, the main dishes delicious and the pear dessert heavenly. The portions are on the lighter side (not the pastas),... More

I had the luck to dine at La Prua since its first opening days, a couple of times per year. The seafood is always supremely fresh and this, coupled with a great cuisine, was what kept me a devoted customer, more than the stylish, clean and modern design of the restaurant. This year the "gamberoni in salsa di agrumi", the... More

Placed a bit away from the center of Avola, but please take the effort and find this place. Its close to the sea where you can stroll before/after dinner. A quite modern restaurant decor wise, but the food is traditional. Everything we got was delicious. The pasta with almonds, the risotto with wine, the pasta with seafood uhmm :-). We... More

Restaurant decor is very chic and modern. Food was good especially the fish. Waitress was very attentive and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. This restaurant was very popular with the locals. Always a good sign Would go back .

The Restaurant La Prua is situated near the sea and it is quite easy to get there by car or on foot . The inside of the restaurant is so Lovely and welcomig. My wife ordered Prua's Starter (prawns in citrus rind , swordfish rolls, shrimp cocktail , smoked swordfish , gratin squid with Fresh Lemon and green salad) and... More
