Booked on their web site and got a confirmation within 1 hour. It is convenient for foreigners. Their staff speak little English. Yet the quality of steaks does the talking. Sukiyaki is also good. I was told that the restaurant founded more than 100 years...More

We took the hour plus train ride from Nagoya just to eat at this restaurant, and was not disappointed. We came for the Sukiyak, and it was the best we have ever had. Our waitress was equally great even with our language differences we managed...More

Fantastic beef that is not too rich nor filling from over-marbling. All private rooms served by a personal waitress. Ventilation is so good you don't feel the smoke nor stench of BBQ. Wonderful experience. Well worth the price.

Perhaps after all the hype we had heard about Wadakin and the very sophisticated website we had seen, we were expecting too much. We reserved well in advance, as we had heard it was always crowded ... yet, we only saw two sets of other...More
