Although I do believe that August is not exactly a good month to test new places I must say that Pinocchio did not lie ! I have truly enjoyed my dinner which I shared with a friend. On a Thursday evening..busy bees but fast and efficient. Food was great and perfectly balanced between traditional and creative combining different ingredients in... More

The location was perfect, right off the main piazza street. The food was very good. The service was not good, not friendly and when we were swarmed by mosquitoes, our ask for a citronella candle or some kind of relief was more of a burden to the owner, rather than him trying to help us out. It made the amazing... More

On the reference of a local friend, we went for lunch at the restaurant- even if it was late for lunch we were served pleasantly. The food was very good - specially the tordelli and also the calamrata with octopus. They were put on beef so we could have the tagliatelle or the beef with quails eggs but the fish... More

What a treat. The restaurant was able to accommodate us ( 6) on one of it most busy evening. We sat inside as the weather was on the coolish side. We were surrounded not just by tourists but by families with young children. It was an amazing and lively scene. We felt surrounded by an extended family. The service was... More

Located in the town of Pietrasanta, and very close to the main square, I really enjoyed an evening meal here. I was traveling out of season, so it wasn't crowded (neither was anything else in town.) My meal was delicious, service attentive but not overbearing, and the atmosphere was modern yet charming. Would definitely go again.

Pietrasanta is a must-visit little town just outside Forte dei Marmi. It was recommended for us by the family members that run the hotel where we stayed (Regina). Pinocchio was their second choice for a place to eat and it was good enough. Our group of five had different dishes and we shared. Everything was good but the couscous was... More
