I heard from many people that Miss Marple's is a place for dessert. Actually not only the dessert is excellent. The food is also delicious. The chicken finger, the cottage beef, the soup, and salad all are high quality. Of course the scone that kept me coming here again and again.

Short stop in lovely setting. Menu looked interesting for larger meals and would try again. Fantastic friendly service.

Whether it's your first of tenth visit, Miss Maprle's Tea Rooms located in Sassafras never disappoint. A retun visit is every bit as enjoyable as the first. The food, which some may call old style, I call scrumptious and true comfort food. The quaint, cottagy feel of the venue along with the welcoming staff make this a place not to... More

A lot of character built into this tea room. Log fire appreciated on a very chilly 3 degrees day. The service was quick and the menu was what to expect from a tea room.

We were really looking forward to visiting these tea rooms after friends had told us how lovely they are. The building, staff, presentation were all great however the scones were more like a sweet cake cut from a slab and heated in a microwave so they were hard on the sides and not at all enjoyable. Traditional scones they were not and... More

Good value, we enjoyed the scones and English-styled fish; always busy, a certainty for tourists passing through this pretty village. Be prepared to wait for a seat but staff will tell you when next table available!

I've been visiting Miss Marples for years taking my family and friends and the visit has never disappointed! The food is amazing! Delicious choices and generous serves. Their sundaes are incredible ! Our last visit was made even more special witnessing a waitress consoling a new baby by holding him whilst the young parents were able to finish their meal.... More

As noted in other reviews, this place is always crammed with people. But it's worth it. The ambience is fantastic, nice and cosy on a cold winter's day. Service is great, friendly and welcoming. After mentioning that we're vegetarian, the staff were very accommodating as well

Lovely scones and tea, was however a little bit crowded inside! Great friendly service. Could have been a lot more generous with the jam and cream though!! Had to keep asking for more jam and cream and they would only bring out a 50c piece sized ramekin of cream when the scones were so large!
