This restaurant is in the Hotel Conchal. The space is light & airy, with GREAT service (thank you Marta & Gustavo)! The mojitos that Donald makes are so delicious (along with many other drinks)! We are not typically into the generic surf & turf kind...More

Wow what a great place. We were greeted friendly and enthusiastically and shown to a table overlooking the pool. The staff was perfect and took excellent care. Our meal was the coconut mahi (great!) and a whole fried snapper (equally amazing). They had entertainment of...More

We went for a quiet romantic dinner. This place is great for any meal during the day. The food was delicious and the service was very good. I have eaten here many times and always have had a great meal.

The food was incredible but what really kept us coming back was the crew. Hilda, who owns the restaurant, was the sweetest soul and Gustavo, our incredible host, was a gem bursting with personality. I truly hope to return to this beautiful restaurant again some...More

The Papaya Restaurant at the Conchal Hotel is exceptionally good and the diners offered are worth the price. The meat was cooked to perfection in the surf-n-turf that I ordered and the lobster was of very good quality as well. The seared tuna was excellent...More

We stayed at the Conchal for a week and went to the restaurant almost every day, and most of the evenings. The service was outstanding, even catered to my picky teenage daughter, bent over backwards to make her happy, and she was! All the food...More

Papaya is without doubt the best restaurant in the area. Although there are other good places to eat, nowhere came close to preparing the delicious dishes and fresh ingredients used here. On top of that, Papaya offers superb value for money (breakfast is only $5!)....More

We stayed at Conchal Hotel four days, and we tried different things from the menu. There's a lot of variety. The tenderloin steaks are imported from the US, and are very good! Steak and lobster was great! We found out that many locals come here...More

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your comments. Actually the majority of our steaks are imported from Nicaragua where we have found a wonderful farm raising grass-fed beef. We look forward to your return!
