Cozy place

I think, it's a hidden gem. When you look at it from outside, you can not imagine the atmosphere inside. Menu was enough and the taste was also good. Quick service. You might need a reservation and be careful, there is also the same restaurant's...bar. Don't get confused! :)More

Felt I had entered a warm den on a cold day

The warm light, cozy atmosphere and good food made the chilly walk to the restaurant really worth it.

A quaint restaurant

In the centre of Litomysl. Very unique decor. Great atmosphere. The food was excellent and tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful. A good place for a party.

Excellent food. Great historic village.

Came here with family after visiting the mountaintop and chalet. We each ordered different dishes. My roast pork was excellent and tender with a delicious gravy and green peppercorns and roasted potatoes. My girlfriend had the classic Czech dish with beef tenderloin gravy and dumplings...and it was excellent as well. They are a brewery so they make their own and beers and ours was excellent. Staff was helpful and quick to serve us our food. Sit out on the front veranda and overlook the charming Village Square with buildings that are very historic. Definitely a great experience!More

Meat tastes like shoes, staff was hostile

We visited this place based upon previous reviews and I have to say that it was a big disappointment to all of us (14 ppl). My meal (pork with spicy sauce) tasted like something you'd cook when you are 11 years old trying your first...recipe you came across on the internet. The spicy sauce was "something with ketchup". Other guests from our group felt similarly. When paying for our meal we told the staff we weren't really happy with their food and gave them our reasons why (so they could improve). We got sneered at and told that everybody's taste buds are different. Oh well. Nobody will see us here ever again!More

One of the best place in Litomyšl

Prices are average, quality of meals is very good, service is friendly. Very good quality/price ratio when you are here for lunch as well as for dinner. Pilsen is great and we say that the first pint just hiss. I recommend to choose from Czech...cuisine.More

Cosy restaurant with good quality food

This restaurant is located near the river and offers a pleasant environment, ample choice and good food. Credit cards are accepted. It is very close to the centre - just a few minutes' walk from the square and chateau.
