My husband and I went in here for lunch after a long morning walking, and it hit the spot. It was quiet and calm on a Saturday early afternoon (around 11 a.m.), and lots of space to choose from. The music wasn't so loud to drown out the silence, and the chef was quick and made everything fresh to order... More

As a fellow reviewer pointed out, when you go to an "all you can eat" you need to be selective on what you order and know the menu and the items. The service is consistent. After you ask questions, have eaten here a few times, you will become familiar with what to order. This is not a buffet style all... More

I have been to Sushi Yah twice and both times I was impressed. The staff was friendly and the Sushi was fresh.

My daughter had heard from friends at school that this was a good restaurant. The sushi wasn't very good quality.

Their all you can eat sushi deal is amazing. The owner is always around and serves most tables. She knows how to take care of her guests. We have been going here for 4 years now and will continue. A number of the local ski and board celebrities can be found here too.

All you can eat for $25! How can you go wrong? Owner is super friendly and accommodating. Been coming here for at least 4 years on our annual ski trip. Not sure how anyone can rate this place as terrible. The sushi is very good and fresh, never had a bad experience here. If you are looking for over priced... More

I am not a big fan of all you can eat Sushi, but this is in my neighborhood. I was craving Sushi and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised and it exceeded my expectations. It's not a Great Sushi restaurant, but it's above average for a neighborhood all you can eat place. I tried a variety... More

I've eaten at Tsunami, Simply Sushi, Takashi, Benihana, Ahh Sushi, Itto and several others. Yasu has been doing sushi for over 25 years and is without a shadow of a doubt, THE sushi guru in Salt Lake valley. He is friendly, social and accommodating to your wants and can offer recommendations if you aren't sure what you want. To put... More

Weird interior/decor, food was ok, fish definitely not as fresh as other sushi places. Service was below-average; our waiter was rather creepy. We will not go back.

As a fellow reviewer pointed out, when you go to an "all you can eat" you need to be selective on what you order and know the menu and the items.
