What a treasure, visited this lovely restaurant for the first time and loved every minute. The ambience of the restaurant was excellent. We weren't rushed at all and felt very relaxed. We had the scallops for starters which were lovely. The fillet steak was divine and cooked to perfection as was the medallions of pork. There was nothing bad at... More

After long anticipating our family meal here we left feeling a little dazzled by the astronomical prices, nearly £17 for a chicken breast! Was this chicken made of gold? Prices i wouldnt mind paying if i werent dining in Stalham. However, cost aside we got home and the following day two of us woke up and spent the following day... More

Visited here last Saturday evening with my husband. We had a wonderful meal. The restaurant is very cute and tastefully decorated . The lady that served us was very sweet and friendly. Cannot fault anything, the food was wonderful and a lovely glass of champagne. The sticky toffee pudding was the best I have tasted. The Chef visits every table... More

Had an incredible Sunday roast at this little hidden gem - one of the best we've ever had. Incredibly friendly service and a picturesque location. Well worth a visit.

This is just a delightful restaurant - certainly by some way the nicest place we found to eat in the North Broads, and we found some good ones. The building is gorgeous with exposed beams, an attractive muted colour scheme and lots of tasteful pictures, vases and the like. We were greeted by name on arrival (we'd reserved, as you... More

Our second visit in as many months this time with our Son and Fiancee, and we were not disappointed. Ambience, food and service all excellent. Started with a glass of champagne at a very reasonable price. We love this place and Caro and Richard make it so special. Fantastic to have such a fabulous local restaurant. Thank you!

With its plethora of charity shops, a dominant Tesco, and all the banks shut down forever, Stalham's unprepossessing appearance leaves the visitor feeling rather drained of positive thought and energy. Barely a mile down the road, however, at Stalham Staithe, a brighter and happier world opens up. There's a marina, bustling boatyards, the engagingly charming Museum of the Broads, and... More

What a fantastic find, we had a glorious evening which was superbly hosted perfectly paired with the most gastronomic meal. This will be on our shortlist next time we are in the area, in fact we have rebooked for the 4th, very highly recommended

We visited last Wednesday. The warm welcome, the comfortable, softly lit, dining room and the superb food made the visit very enjoyable. My husband's sea bass was the best he had ever tasted. As for the chocolate mousse and the chef's amaretto icecream - very, very, very good.
