Excellent choices in local Rum during our trip to Puerto Rico 19-27 Dec 2015. Great mojitos and rum selections.

Great bar, we went here on our way to the El Yunque rain forrest, The drinks are cheap and the staff is friendly. They have this game there if you get the quarter in the shot glass you get a free shot of Moon Shine.

Just your average bar food. Slow service (but friendly). This was our least favorite meal of the trip. Burgers tasted like they were just frozen patties that were over cooked.

This is a perfect spot to stop after you work up a sweat on the trails OR it's only 3 minutes (we timed it) off of Highway 3!!! So even if you didn't go hiking, it's worth the detour! We hiked El Yunque early and after working up a sweat, we headed back towards Luqiullo to get some eats and... More

We stopped here for lunch after hiking a few trails in the rainforest. The food was great, reasonably priced, and we loved the atmosphere! Awesome place! Would definitely recommend!

This appears to be a very quaint little bar and grill on the way out of the forest to the Main Highway. The menu seemed good and truthfully, the food was acceptable, once it was actually served. We were seated, then waited forever for the waitress while she was inside with several guys...then she arrived to take our drink orders... More

We had lunch here while on vacation. After a tiring day at rainforest this made for a great lunch stop. We intially planned on going to Barbakoa but they were closed. No regrets though, both our food and drinks were great and service really good.

The Rum House was an awesome find. We spent the day hiking in El Yunique Rain Forest. Coming down the hill we decided to stop and eat outside. The food was amazing, atmosphere was incredible. The staff and bartenders were fun and made us laugh and smile. We give them a perfect score! Patrick and Angela

I loved the atmosphere. The food is good. I had the chicken with creole sauce. My husband had the can can pork chop. He loved it. It was probably the best meal we had in Puerto Rico. The service is good.

On the way out of the El Yunque Rain Forest we stopped at the The Rum House for cocktails and a bit to eat. We ate outside and the food was great and the wait service was also very good. Sat and talked with some travelers from Wisconsin...easy to find right along side the road on your way down to... More
