One of if not the greatest dinner me and my fiancé had on our trip to Puerto Rico. Fantastic paella and even more fantastic service. It was my birthday and I asked our waitress what desert she recommended and she said the fried cheesecake, I was not at the slightest disappointed. Probably the best desert I have had everrrrr. Drinks... More

We dined at this restaurant on our first full day at the resort. I ordered the seafood cabernara and my daughter ordered the stuffed red snapper. Both dishes were deliciously beautiful! The cabernara was so flavorful and the portion was plentiful. It contained a whole lobster tail, shrimp, clams, oysters, mussels, calamari and moist delicious pieces of fish in a... More

This place is supposed to be award winning featuring local cuisine. It's supposed to feature a local chef passionate about Caribbean cuisine. The service was good but the food was subpar. You can go to ANY roadside kiosk and get better. The worst part of the meal was a plate of veggies which was just heated frozen vegetables. It was... More

Gross!!!! They only decent thing on the menu was the sweet plantains and the lamb empanadas. Over priced and the waitress looked at me crazy when I asked for arroz y condules. A wasted 70.00 save your money and go off the resort.

The food was very good although the staff were not very keen on allergies. We had to be careful and ask lots of questions. Overall the portions are large but extremely overpriced. The mofongo was good but the best I had was out of a food truck in old San Juan. For two people it cost $250 not including tip.... More

My husband and I dined at Pasion our first night at the gran melia. The food was bland and a poor representation if what San Juan had to offer. It was also very pricey. We were extremely disappointed after this meal and made it a point to venture out to eat the remaining time of our visit rather than risking... More

The food was traditional and absolutely delicious. Make sure you are VERY hungry when you go. The dishes are big, rich, and some, enough to take home.

The food is very good, but the fried cheesecake (with guava sauce if you want it) is a slice of heaven!!! We enjoyed the resort, too.

Got in late to resort and were starving after check in. Grabbed a quick bite here. Had a rice dish as well as a monfungo. Both were great and very plentiful. The waitress knew what to recommend on the menu and we allowed her to order for us. Glad we did because we loved our seafood based dishes.
