Not the cheapest food in Port Vendres, but more than fairly priced and probably some of the best food and service we have seen here. They opened early just for us, and we sat on the terrace for the evening. A rabbit, ran under our feet and spent the evening hopping around each table... Still not sure if it was... More

The cooking and presentation of the food is of the highest standard. The local part of the wine list very full and educational. The week we were there the menu was restricted to two fish and two meat dishes and the lamb ran out for two days to be replaced by the universal duck breast albeit perfectly cooked. We understand... The reception was excellently warm and friendly. As the hotel was quiet, we were given an upgrade to a view down to the harbour. Although between main road and railway, we had no problems with night noise on a weekend. Buffet breakfast was very good quality and quantity, with first class cooked meats and homemade cakes. The dinner Menu du... More

I thought the food was really very good here - if a little expensive compared to some of the restaurants in the Port. That said, this was at a different level, with almost every course, on every evening being excellent value (we ate here 4 times in all). We had picked it out in advance and to be honest some... We ate at this restaurant for two consecutive evenings as it was so good. Interesting and beautifully presented delicious food and wines. A must visit if you are in Port Vendres. Easy adjacent parking and a view to die for. Highly recommended. We will visit again if we are in the area.

I ununderstand that this restaurant has a Michelin star and if that is the case it is well deserved. It is both wonderful food and a lovely setting at the top of the hill. The Service is great and very knowledgeable of the region. Will visit again sometime.

Accompanied by two friends we spent a lovely evening here enjoying the food. We selected the fixed price menu and could not have been happier. The food and the service were great.
