My wife and I rarely have an overall negative view of any restaurant, least of all write about it, but this, considering it is classified as the second most popular restaurant in the town, was one of our worst experiences ever. We spotted the 3-course 13.50€ lunchtime menu on the board outside - great! There was no wine list (always... More

Had a very tasty lunch here during the summer, would well recommend it, the restaurant also has an amazing view over the Port! Only drawback for us is that it doesn't open again until March!

we enjoyed our meal here. It was a change from the sea food and fish for one night. its all about ducks and goose liver from south western France. Nice friendly people that explained the menu to us. Not expensive for the quality. They do serve seafood and shell fish which we took as a starter. The wine wasn't too... More

Everywhere in Port Vendres, along the harbour does mussels and fries! We just decided to sit at this restaurant having looked at the menu. I fancied fresh fish. We did not choose the plat de jour as the waitress said that the fish had been frozen. I had the fresh sea bream - grilled and my wife had the plat... More

We visited this restaurant for lunch, having called ahead to book a table with a highchair, when we stayed in Port Vendres. The staff were initially pretty off hand and it took a while for us to get menus and for them to come and take drink orders. We specifically wanted moules mariners and had asked when we booked the... Setting is nice, food is decent but unfortunately our meal was spoilt by some racist comment I heard from the chef as I left the bathroom. I will certainly not visit again!

The restaurant has tables overlooking the port making it a perfect setting for summer outdoor dining. The menu has a varied offering of both seafood and meat. The wine list includes a variety of locally sourced wines. The specialties are the entrecote with foie gras and the ‘hambur’gers’ magret de canard with foie gras. The entrecote was bland, fatty, and... More

All of us ordered either steak or duck. The portions were more than generous but the food was delicious. The service staff was very friendly and gave great recommendations in regards to both the food and the wine. Seated with a view over the harbor, we truly had a very nice evening.
