Great little find. Went here for lunch with the family while on vacation in Cayman. Very local feel. Seafood was excellent and reasonably priced. Grouper and Snapper were both musts. Unfortunately no beer. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

The Heritage Kitchen is a rustic local place that serves seafood and chicken. You order your food and then sit at a picnic table. Grouper, snapper and other local fish make up the menu with several different preparations. The conch soup is delicious as is the fry bread! Check the open hours, the first time we showed up we found... More

I'm a Foodie traveler always looking for that great find regardless if it’s a Michelin star place or a back alley home cooked meal. Went to Heritage for lunch on the only day which they were opened which fit our schedule (Thurs-Friday). We ordered a number of dishes to try out the local flavors, the fish was fresh and offered... This is a hidden gem that's well worth a visit. The menu is limited to the catches of the day but offers a nice variety with good sized portions. The snapper was as good as we have ever tasted and the meal was that much better when eaten overlooking the ocean on the outdoor tables.

We loved Heritage Kitchen! You order at a window (no alcohol, fyi) and sit at picnic tables. It's slow, there are a few flies/etc, but it is delicious, authentic, and so much fun! The staff is so friendly and took great care of our kids - brought us lychee fruit to munch on while we waited, pointed out mating turtles... More

Small place just off the near north end of West Bay Rd. Colorful place across small road from water. Daily selections written on a chalkboard out front. Tables outside under shade. That's the logistics now for the good part...the people and the FOOD! Friendly-fast-helpful service at the window. Food is fresh, flavorful and I believe to be authentic. We had... More

This was was everything previous excellent reviews have stated. We had the Coconut Groper over a bed of yellow rice. Fritter and a little salad included. Guava juice to top it off. Scrumptious! Don't miss this place.

Quaint little shack by the seawall. The kids enjoyed watching the water during high tide while the food was cooking. The food was delicious. I had the grouper Caymanian style and hubs the grouper curried. Both were awesome and seasoned well. The fish is very very fresh. I had the mango juice and hubs had passion fruit. Very delicious, low... More

If you like to explore off the beaten path away from the touristy areas, you must find your way to Heritage kitchen for some amazing and affordable seafood with a killing view of the sea. You will also be accompanied by some local chickens and baby chicks roaming around your feet. Love the layback vibe and relaxing atmosphere there!
