Stopped by for lunch since we were staying less than a Mike away. Met the owner very pleasant, he recommended fish tacos which my wife had and I had the basic burger. The food was excellent and the service as well. You sit outside over looking the sea and divers coming and going.

Well...I must have driven past this place about a thousand times. Finally remembered to visit on a night off with a friend. Instant banter from Colin, our bartender and we got things going with a decent glass of wine. Few more laughs at the bar then we moved to a table for some dinner. Hassle free menu, decent prices for... More

The service was always great, (Kimalyn, Colin!) and the portions were generous! Eating poolside is always relaxing!

Even if you are not staying at Cobalt Coast you should go for the diving, the pool, the restaurant, and the bar. Colin is the best bartender in Cayman. No contest.

The dinner menu featured fresh seafood in simple sauces. Vegetarian choices are available. There were several good desserts, including a Mango Crème Brule.

Had a good lunch here again this year, sorry we missed getting back for their breakfast as we have always loved it. The outdoor seating around the pool with great ocean views is very nice, the owner is always very kind and fun to see, the service is good and the food is always very good. Very nice and not... We visited here for our family Christmas Vacation. We were treated like royalty. The food is so good that you have a hard time choosing. Bought the meal plan which is an appetizer or salad, main course and dessert. Staff bends over backwards to make your stay great.

This is a resort for you if you are a scuba diver. The location is at the tip of West Bay so you need to drive anywhere you want to go in Grand Cayman. There is no place to walk and no beach to swim. There is a pier and great snorkeling or shore diving. The staff is friendly and... More

We stayed at the resort and had several meals. We daily had breakfast which was included in our room. Nice selection but need new staff. They said they opened at 6:30 everyday for divers and it as more like 6:45-6:50. I would have liked to eat at 6:30 and relax a little before 8am dive. They did have gluten free... More
