Stopped here on our first night with really no knowledge of the island yet and we were pleasantly surprised with how amazing the food was!!! Unique pairings of food items that totally works!!! My husband had ribs and I had pasta with sausage. Both were awesome!!!! Definitely give this place a try!!! The island ambiance was great as well!!!

We had some really yummy orecchiette pasta with a lovely raggout sauce. It was incredibly good. We have ate here 3 times we have been on TCI and every time is memorable. Hubby always orders the Affogato (ice cream and espresso) dessert and it was as good as the first time! We will be back at New Years.

We needed somewhere to eat late and Caicos Cafe looked accommodating to my diet and close to our hotel. It turned out to be the best meal I had in TCI. Grilled octopus was fabulous, atmosphere was sweet and romantic but understated. Would note that it is not exactly a "cafe" in the traditional sense of the word, its really... More

We specifically came back to Caicos Cafe for the stuffed tortelli with pumpkin and cheese. It delivered! It was pretty delish but I can't help but feel that this needs to be a side dish or a duo pasta dish. We had the buratta to start which was amazing. Nice, cold appetizer to start the meal.

I had the swordfish and the wife had the lobster. Mine was delicious very soft, the lobster seemed overcooked but not sure if that is how it is done here. Would recommend it. The grilled chicken for my daughter was very tender.

Despite some unfavorable reviews, we tried it and we're very happy. We wanted someplace we could walk to. It was close to our hotel, we were able to get seated (2 couples) without ressies. We sat out on the quite comfortable deck. The host was serious, but courteous, and all the wait staff were very friendly and attentive. Our food... More

This place is both lovely and charming. The staff is very nice and the food is excellent. The grilled calamari was excellent. The ravioli stuffed with grouper was exceptional. Lots of great choices and the prices are in line for the island. I would highly recommend.

While on the island, we had plenty of delicious (and pricey) food. This one in particular was very worth it. We came here on my birthday after much consideration of the other restaurants in the area. The decor is beautiful. Everyone was extremely helpful which is sometimes hard to come by around the island, but everything was perfect. Everyone was... More

We dined here twice this trip and had wonderful meals both times. Friendly service, good drinks, easy location to walk to as well.
