The floor-to-ceiling windows on every side of the restaurant mean that every corner of Manhatta is an Instagram-able photo op, and it’s worth going up there if only to see the view (although the food really is worth it too).

Although this won’t affect your travel plans until 2021, the European Commission have now implemented the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) for citizens of over 60 countries.
