You can't visit San Fran and not take a ride in the cable car! There are two main routes in the City. We took the one that takes you from Powell and Market all the way down to Fisherman's Wharf. You get a nice ride and pass by beautiful views of the busy city.Tip: In case you wish to take...
Very important church that is fundamental to the delivery of social services to those in need as well as spiritual uplift. Long the home of great leaders in the community. Wonderful place. And the church is a lovely building.
This is the main street from the Bay at the Ferry Building all the way up Twin Peaks where the views are magnificent. Along the way you find lots of skyscrapers and people downtown, some big departments stores, some down-and-out folks at Civic Center, and then some cool neighborhoods.
"If you've seen the movie Big Eyes, you will love to visit Keane Eyes Gallery in San Fran!"
reviewed February 26, 2020 by sirenazulclaro
Keane Eyes Gallery is located on Art Gallery Row on Geary Street in San Francisco. It features some of Margaret Keane's art with the famous "Big Eyes" - during my visit the gallery was unfortunately closed and their hours are not publicized, so visiting may be hit or miss. However, one could take a peek through the glass displays and...
Loved it! We were fortunate that it was rainy and early so we got in easily, but the line afterwards seemed to move pretty quick.
Beignets were sooo good, even the next day. Everything we ordered was great and we were hella full after.
Would definitely go again.
"Awesome “speakeasy” type cocktail bar but . . . "
reviewed March 2, 2020 by TheScottRose
The feel and vibe is great. The whole “password to get in” and location in the seedy Tenderloin adds to it. Each cocktail was top notch. My only complaint would be the attitude of our server. He looked like the lead guy from Pitch Perfect and was not very friendly.
Now the extra info you need to know. The main...
Stopped at Mikkeller Bar when visiting San Fran.
Being from Scandinavia this was not our first stop at a Mikkeller Bar so we knew what to expect and we were not disappointed.
Friendly staff and nice selection of good craft beer.
We were in the Union Square area around lunch time and were looking for something good to eat for lunch. We opted for the San Franciscan classic, John’s Grill located 2 blocks off the square on Ellis Street at Powell. This area can be a little sketchy at night but has recently cleaned up a bit.
They have a nice...
This is my nest-away-from-home for SF work trips. The rooms are great, the staff is both cool and super friendly, and the huge plants in the pool courtyard make me happy. Plus it's walking distance from Japantown, which is fun for food and spa time. Will continue to stay whenever I'm in town.
As a 3 star hotel it came up to our full expectations. Very clean, rooms serviced well.
The hotel is well located in San Francisco, so close to Union Square, local transport and good shops.
Hotel receptionist Mariany was so helpful, full of advice and such a nice person, a real asset to the hotel.
"A Wonderfull Boutique Hotel in the Center of it All"

Stayed one night with my wife and daughter so we could see the SF production of Hamilton. Great location! Good eats in their restaurant! Friendly and can do staff!! Clean with a Non Big Box Hotel Feel. We will definitely be back again...once the Coronavirus leaves town!!
The description of this room mention its size from 207 to 342 ft² (19 to 31m²). So, when we booked, we asked for the largest and quietest room availeble. Room 527 is very spacious and very quiete (its window faces to a internal garden). It's as quiete as possible but its quite dark becouse there is no direct sun light...
Well kept place. Nice ambient. Nicely organized welcoming atmosphere room. Bathrooms are nice however very low water pressure. why do you hang new towels just on top of the toilet? Just move the hanger somewhere. there is a lot of space. Easy check-in and check out. Yes, it is in core location but the price is so high. Also, they...
