Really weird place.
Went in there and it already looked shady.
Tried to order a shisha and they told us that they dont offer shishas anymore.
And the drinks card they brought us was really expensive.
So we decided just to leave after like 3 minutes and didnt order anything.
So wouldnt recommend the place as they dont even offer...
Shopping mall that sells clothes and shoes with a couple of sports retail factory outlets inside as well - Adidas and Nike. If you look around enough it is possible to find some good bargains in there.
A Michelin place restaurant that serves the best tongpo meat as well as best sweet and sour fish in China. Service was excellent and the environment was cosy and nice. We were entertained by an accomplished pianist who accommodated a few request numbers from us.
We also had fried shrimps with a wasabi like sauce which was excellent.
To preface, I've been vegan 15 years and raw vegan off and on. I can--with a straight face--say cucumbers are one of my favorite foods. I find freshly squeezed orange juice a thing of beauty. I find joy in seasonal fruits and vegetables, often with little or no seasoning. And so it saddens me to report that this restaurant was...
We stayed for one night in early January, location was good, near to Zhongshan park MRT station. This Zhongshan station is same line with Pudong airport and Hongqiao line, so very super easy to reach airport. We got room with view to Zhongshan park area. We arrived at this hotel around 8 am, and they give us early checkin, wow...
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The Pentahotel staff are very nice, breakfast is really good with lots of options. The Wi-fi is okay but you often have to keep re-registering which is annoying. There is a pool table and PlayStation in the lobby and a decent bar. Our rooms were a mixed bag. Large bed, good air con, and nice...
I and my husband had a business meeting in front of this motel. In UPI group. And they helped us to choose a hotel near them. This hotel is in the best place of Shanghai. They have good service. Not very friendly staff. There are skyscrapers around it.
I booked this hotel last month when I went to visit a family friend in Shanghai through Hotels.com but once I arrived my friend and I had a 25 minute argument about my being booked; and all this was via cell phone translations. Alas, I couldn’t stay there.
The price is really good and the location too. Staffs do the best to speak english and help you in everything (even borrow umbrella!). The room is small but perfect only for sleep. They have good wifi and TV.
