Got the opportunity to visit Bombay High this time and what a lovely experience it was. Splendid cocktails by Mr.Sanchayan and exceptional service by the bar men. It was altogether a lovely experience.
I am big fan of ITC hotels. They offer exceptional hospitality with personalized service for each guest. ITC Maratha is huge property with beautiful interiors inspired from 18th and 19th century.
I stayed at this property for one night during my business visit to Mumbai. The check in experience was very good. The staff was well groomed and very courteous....
Three days we stayed here. Near to T2 airport. Rooms r huge with excellent service, yum food and courteous staff. The best unique thing about this hotel is, small small chit notes are sent, in the food tray, really displaying their care. I enjoyed my stay here.
This experience has by far been the best I’ve had in India. Every aspect of this hotel from checking in to housekeeping to the hospitality was managed with perfection and much attention paid to the small details. The front office staff- Gaurav, Shivam, and Hetal all were helpful and kind. These guys are rockstars! I will definitely stay here again...
I stayed at the hotel in March 2020. They upgraded my booking to a bigger, better room.
Location of the hotel is awesome.
Breakfast can be improved with better tea and cakes.
Prices are reasonable.
Lobby isn't majestic, but comfortable for reading a book or something.
Service was great. From managers, front desk, bags handlers, housekeepers to restaurant staff.
Thank you so much for making out stay a memorable one. We were supposed to stay only one night
but extended to two as we really enjoyed being here.
