"One of the attractions you can't miss in St. Petersburg."
reviewed 1 week ago by edubife
This Palace is one of the most beautiful and interesting buildings around the world. I think you need a guide to visit it since it's not near the city. Perhaps you may rent a car or go with public transport. We went with a private guide. It is important to have some expert to teach you or instruct you in...
We didn't get anywhere else, and ran out of time, only allowing 90 minutes. A fabulous collection of Monet, Degas, and so on - I've never seen so many Cezanne. Decent coffee shop (better than the Hermitage which is always crowded).
Excellent and very fresh food. Scallop tartar, salmon poke, new octopus recipe, lavender or 5 spices sorbet...perfect Californian Chardonnay. Nice music. Very nice fresh seafood potential that we couldn't test because my wife was not ready today.
We will come back for sure! Position in Saint Petersburg restaurants more than deserved...
Warm thanks to the whole Team!

One of my best restaurant visits in St. Pete’s insofar! Excellent food, inventive stylish delicious cuisine. Perfect service. Great interior. Amazing wine list! If you are into stylish wining and dining, this is the place. The prices are astonishingly affordable! Marvelous atmosphere and unprecedented value for money!
Visited this restaurant twice over the long weekend we were in St Petersburg and must admit probably one of the best Indian restaurants in town. The Goan fish curry was great and the tandoori chicken was just as good. Helpful and pleasant staff.

"Lisa and horseradish vodka"

5 of us wandered in without a reservation on a Monday night and not having a clue what to expect. Absolutely fantastic place - great food, great vibes and great service. Lisa was wonderful!!
I would highly recommend the horseradish vodka x
Historic hotel, used to be a duke’s house. The location is quite good, not far from attractions like the Winter Palace, St. Isaac's Cathedral, Nevsky Prospekt, as well as the Church of the Savior and Kazan Cathedral. The service is good, so is the breakfast.
Wonderful staff and welcome, comfortable room, impecably tidy and clean, even cold fresh milk for our tea, a definate bonus! Everything you could wish for at breakfast.
Superb central location.
We visited the small gym and pool in the adjacent Angleterre hotel. really small gym, with a single running machine and small pool and sauna, but we had it all...
The hotel have very good interior design and even the rooms. Room is spacious and minamalist and spacious. Location is very near to the tourist spots which only gives shorts walk. Staff are very accomodating and helpful when you need direction and where to eat aside from thier restaurant. We loved enjoying walking at night specially near the Canal.
