Tverskaya can’t be discovered with just a first glance, the neighborhood is shaped around a long street populated with well-known shops and brands. But it’s more than shopping that makes this place interesting. Take a few steps into the streets running parallel to the main artery to discover the charm just behind the mighty Stalinist style architecture. Comfy European pedestrian streets Bolshaya Dmitrovka or Stoleshnikov lane are a great place to start. Locals can be found here working, eating, shopping, resting and going to the Bolshoi Theatre in the evening.

In 1938, during the street expansion process the building was moved 13.5 meters inside the quarter. It was the new world record - the building was moved in just 41 minutes.
I loved to stroll by the buildings on this street, in fact a remanent of the Kremlin’s wall is visible a few metres front of the Bentley dealer.

Unfortunately, the tendency of theatrical figures to join their efforts in our time has not been developed. On the contrary, their theater recently was divided in two by eminent actors - Doronina and Efremov. The one in Kamergersky lane is Efremov's....

First, this place is huge. Big enough to celebrate big dates.
Second, it has a small stage and there is a high chance to run into some celebrity performing on that stage.
Third, people are great. Both, staff and customers. Artsy, friendly and happy.

"Real "hidden gem" in the city center! Good cousine and great choice of beer and other drinks."

Lovely place situated in Moscow center, just a one-minute walk from Pushkinskaya/Chekhovskaya/Tverskaya stations! But to get there you have to walk through several passage yards, in one of which it's located, and there is no advertisements of the pub around. It's not a real problem --- just use the map on their website, look at Google.Maps or Yandex.Maps, or just...
Very good hotel, the location is good, it’s very close to the Red Square, only one underground passage distance, convenient for shopping and dining, most of staff is thoughtful and polite, room is tidy and clean
Really loved staying here. The hotel is gorgeous, staff were really friendly and accommodated our request for an early check-in. Our room was big and comfortable. The breakfast had a large amount of choice with amazing views looking out at Red Square. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. We decided to splash out more than we usualyl would and this...

Traveling on business to Moscow, I booked for the first time the StandArt Hotel. I was encouraged by the positive references I had found on specialised websites. Indeed expectations were fully met. A brand new concept of art hotel, with very nice and attentive staff as well as international comforts. Rooms are spacious, modern and well equipped. Breakfast room is...
