My wife and myself are frequent goers. Usually, for Museum's exhibitions - they are brilliantly thought of, always reaching the aim and giving the right impression. No matter, how sad the emotions may be (especially, when Holocaust is described) - there is always a warm quantum of light, that you take with you.
Located at Rizhskaya station. Easily accessible from the Metro Line 6 (orange line). This is an outdoor museum with numerous locomotives on display from the Soviet past. A great place to wander around if trains interest you.
Out of the way so takes a real effort to get there and there is not a lot to see, but if you love Russian literature like we do then you will love it! There is a real feeling of a home from history and there are a few bits in English telling you what things are. There is also...
Very controversial area. A curious fountain in the center of the square, crowned with a caravel on the spire, interesting lights next to it. The most beautiful railway station in Moscow in the old Russian style with a magnificent restored stucco, besides, as it seems, better organized - but due to the fact that it is now, after the release...
I could visit this place thanks to my friend who recommended and was there once before. I was excited about her comments and we decided to go toghether. The place is charmy and the hostes makes you feel comfortable since the very beginning. Once you decide the menu type (seafood, meat or vegetarian) you enter to the dark room and...

I rejected the Diavolo...
The location is good, central and near a shopping mall.
Other than that plenty issues:
- Hot water in the shower comes out only after about 5 minutes of running water.
- Cleaning is not always good.
- There is a lot of noise because of construction nearby.
- There is no place for cars to stop, meaning taxi can't...
Not an eventful stay.
Booked this twice while my stay in Moscow, First for 4 Nights & then for 3 Nights.
The location was good as it was 4 Km away from Kremlin, and had a bus stop and a Metro station on a 8-10 Mins Walk.
Now the down side was that the hotel was strick & wasn't flexible....
